A whole beef offers the greatest value and the largest variety of premium Akaushi beef. It is ideal for large families, multiple households purchasing together or anyone wanting to stock the freezer for the year.

Approximate take-home weight: 600-625 pounds

A typical quarter may include:

• Approximately 140-150 pounds of ground beef
• 16 ribeye steaks
• 16 New York strip steaks
• 16 tenderloin filets
• 16 sirloin steaks
• 16 T-bone steaks
• 12 tenderized round steaks
• 8 flat iron steaks
• 8 chuck roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 6 arm roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 6 rump roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 4 package of skirt steak, approximately 2 pounds each
• 2 whole briskets, approximately 8-9 pounds each
• Beef ribs

Your beef will be professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for convenient storage.
