A quarter beef is an excellent option for families who want a well-rounded supply of premium Akaushi beef without committing to a half or whole animal. 

Approximate take-home weight: 150-160 pounds

A typical quarter may include:

• Approximately 35-40 pounds of ground beef
• 4 ribeye steaks
• 4 New York strip steaks
• 4 tenderloin filets
• 4 sirloin steaks
• 4 T-bone steaks
• 3 tenderized round steaks
• 2 flat iron steaks
• 2 chuck roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 1-2 arm roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 1-2 rump roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 1 package of skirt steak, approximately 2 pounds
• Approximately half of a brisket
• A portion of beef ribs

Your beef will be professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for convenient storage.

Exact weights and quantities vary by animal and processing selections.
