A half beef provides a generous selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and slow-cooking favorites. It is a great choice for larger families, frequent beef eaters or two households looking to share an order.

Approximate take-home weight: 300-315 pounds

A typical half may include:

• Approximately 70-75 pounds of ground beef
• 8 ribeye steaks
• 8 New York strip steaks
• 8 tenderloin filets
• 8 sirloin steaks
• 8 T-bone steaks
• 6 tenderized round steaks
• 4 flat iron steaks
• 4 chuck roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 3 arm roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 3 rump roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 2 packages of skirt steaks, approximately 2 pounds each
• 1 whole brisket, approximately 8-9 pounds
• Beef ribs

Your beef will be professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for convenient storage.
