A half beef provides a generous selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and slow-cooking favorites. It is a great choice for larger families, frequent beef eaters, or two households looking to share an order.

Our beef is aged for 21 days to enhance tenderness and flavor before being cut and vacuum sealed.

A Typical Half Beef May Include:

• Approximately 70–75 pounds of ground beef
• 8 ribeye steaks
• 8 New York strip steaks
• 8 tenderloin filets
• 8 sirloin steaks
• 8 T-bone steaks
• 6 tenderized round steaks
• 4 flat iron steaks
• 4 chuck roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 3 arm roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 3 rump roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
• 2 packages of skirt steak, approximately 2 pounds each
• 1 whole brisket, approximately 8–9 pounds
• Beef ribs

Your beef will be professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, frozen, and ready for your freezer.

Exact weights, quantities, and individual cuts will vary by animal and processing selections. The breakdown above is intended to give you a general idea of what you can expect from a whole beef.

Final pricing is based on actual packaged weight after processing.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery options are available in select areas throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, and Northern Colorado. Buyers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees.

Free pickup/meeting is available in the Torrington area. Delivery of quarter, half, and whole beef is coordinated individually based on location and order size. We’ll contact you prior to fulfillment to arrange a convenient pickup or delivery date and meeting location.

The $300+ free delivery offer applies to regularly scheduled delivery routes for boxed and individual-cut orders and does not automatically apply to bulk beef purchases. Any applicable bulk delivery fee will be discussed in advance.

Limited availability per harvest. We harvest a limited number of cattle at a time, and reservations are available on a first-come basis.
